Hello there,
So after updating my S22 Ultra to the new One UI 7.0, some screen glitches started appearing on my phone.
I have also seen other people reporting the same issue here (and I have also replied there): https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS23/comments/1kj3y98/glitch_flashes_on_top_of_the_screen_afew_weeks/
Here's a video I recorded with my dad's phone: https://streamable.com/997m1n
Basically, the screen will glitch with a bright white color (like a flash), in random areas of the screen. The most consistent one, is that top right corner, as shown in the video.
Sometimes it just flashes, and disappears, and some other times, it will stay there for a while, even while restarting the phone.
I have also seen the glitch appear in other places of the screen, but in those places, it just flashes, and doesn't stay there.
I haven't dropped the phone, and I'm pretty sure this is software related, considering the timing of other peoples reports as shown in that reddit post.
Anyone else facing this issue?
Looking forward for some feedback.
Thank you,
Luís

Olá Luís,
My S22 ultra got the exact same issue about a month ago, I don't think it was related to an update, because it was a 1 or 2 weeks after the One UI 7 update.
I've noticed yesterday that the top right blinking problem wasn't happenning when unlocking the phone, so I tried to change the refresh rate to 120hz and it was all OK for a few hours, but then the problem started again and I had to revert it to 60hz.
Today it seems to be OK again, so I suspect this may be a hardware problem like the screen failing or a screen cable not perfectly connected.
I'll keep an eye on the subject and update here when needed.
