Logout from your Samsung Account on your phone and then sign back in via Samsung Health. Check if this helps.
Before logging out, ensure that the phone is backed up and you have the Samsung Account password at hand.

Look in Settings > Apps > Samsung Health App > Storage > Clear Cache > Launch the the App @stacey46

I wanted to sign out , but I found out that my e-mail was not confirmed yet
I confirmed my email ,and the app (Samsung health) worked

Have same problem. S20 fe, non rooted , EU, . Tried all solutions here, service unavailable. Please fix it.
