I have this problem too

On screen notifications slow to disappear! Why is that?

@Deebleu: Please can you try heading to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action, and set this to 'Default' to see if this helps? If Default is already selected, try one of the lower duration options, such as '10 seconds' to see if you notice an improvement.
