Why can't I get edge lighting to work with notifications. Any one had same. Problem?

Any particular app not showing? I assume you made changes under included apps and brief popup settings

As the galaxy s10 and s21 has no notification light... I use holey light off the play store. It gives me a visual notification of which I can give a different colour for different notifications.

I've had an A22 for 5 weeks no edge light available 4 hours with Samsung tech support and 2 factory reset later still no edge light - I think it's not available on some models. I will try the holey light though suggested by Pete
