S22+ Won't Update Firmware

Hi Everyone

Has anyone had this problem before. My s22+ is stuck on old software. Hasn't had an update since October 2022. It is stuck on One UI 4.1 and Android 12.

Forcing an update on my device tells me it is up to date, however when connecting via Smart Switch on a laptop, it says there's an update for March 2023 including the latest One UI and Android versions. However trying to download it, it fails every time.

I have cleared the cache as well and went to the trouble of a factory reset and still it refuses to update. 

I am totally stumped. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

It maybe best for it to be looked at, I have the S22ultra and just received the latest software update for March of this year, also I'm on Andriod 13 ui5.1 with Google March update too.

I've got it booked in to be looked at. It is impossible to update it. So running on old security patches as well which isn't the best.
