Hi. Merry Xmas everyone.
I've had an issue over the past few weeks where app take ages to load or doesn't load at all over wifi. If I turn WiFi off, it's all fine. Same issue with my Tab 7. Othe devices seem work ok (iPhones, laptops etc). Tried resetting network, devices.
Anyone has any ideas on how to fix?

Have you performed a speed test on your WiFi network just to check? I use the app SpeedTest by Okla sometimes if needed. Even though your other devices are working as expected. It could come back as being unstable on occasion.

Hi there

I had similar issues with my S23U but the other way round. WiFi was slow, laggy and it felt stuck at times whereas if I turned mobile data (4g here) on, it would work fine.

I performed 2 steps:

1. I reset ALL network settings (this did mean I had to input my WiFi passwords again)

2. I performed a Wipe Partition Cache.

Having done both, normal (speedy) service resumed. Happy Days

Mabey look in settings, see if the device is good, maybe close background apps regularly

I use Okla, but advised by a well known Broadband provider to use Fast.com because it uses the same site every time in America. This way, you get a constant result

Hi. Thanks for all your comments. It's not the WiFi. WiFi speed is good and other iPhones, laptops work fine with no issues. Seems limited to my S22+ and Tab 7. They both had recent software updates and I wonder is it's something to do with this.
Piper123, how did you perform the wipe partition cache?
