Hello all. I have a month old S22 Ultra 512 GB. Today this happened for the 2nd time. I was on a phone call and had it on speaker. The speaker turned off(setting said it was still on). I tried turning the setting off and back on a few times but it never turns back on. Any ideas about this bug? All other apps were closed.

As well as @Tourbillon De La Vie advice 👍 can you consider using the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App which helps to check the phone.
May I assume the speaker works fine i.e when playing music / YouTube etc through it ?

Yes, mine has started to go off during a call, I turn it on and it goes off again after a few minutes.

Same here keeps turning off. Extremely annoying. Be careful Samsung because my next phone might be Apple.

I just started having this problem on March 19, 2024 on my S22 Ultra after a software update. I never did see a solution posted here?

Phone: S24 Ultra, about 1 month old. Speakerphone shuts off by itself with phone untouched, laying on desk. Prior to this my Note 10 5G was doing the exact same thing. My employee's S20 FE 5G also has the same problem. I am sick of this, it is shutting off on my new phone in the middle of important business calls with no warning. When this happens it I lose whatever the other party was saying.
