Hi I am only getting 2-3mbps when connected to my WiFi.  My old S20 now being used by my partner  is up at expected 60-65mbps.  Any ideas?

No not yet. Doesn't sound like it's worth it but might get a different result. I'll try and post here if I have any joy.

In the phone's settings under about phone, you can find the model number. I don't know what model number is which model across the world.... But the EU only has Exynos (SM-S908B/DS)

I hope that helps a bit.

Also tough to hear rebooting doesn't help, even for a little bit....

I did. All they told me was to reboot my phone and router. Then disconnect from the network and make the phone forget it. Then reconnect... No help

I have now contacted support and they have ask we d me to use phone in safe mode for a couple of hours. Initially speed was OK but fell again to about a quarter of what I get on S20+. So not being caused by an app (as suspected). I'll update again after I contact them again.

First thing, let's get out of the way "This is a router problem". This has nothing to do with it and let's put this 'basic' troubleshooting step out of the way.

The problem is with the S22 series. I had 4 different phones side-to-side doing a test with speed connection on my network and the S22 Ultra seems that have this serious problem. The speed is like you basically don't have wifi. When you are downloading, streaming, chatting, sharing is when you notice and question what's going on?

You can try to fix it by restarting, plane mode, Network reset but whatever you do, you will have to do it AGAIN a few hours later. Besides regretting to buy the S22 Ultra, Samsung needs to be aware of this problem. This is their latest phone they have launched, for God's sake!!

Exactly. Customer service rep gave me all the "fixes" but admitted it was a known problem. Received another update this morning and thought maybe they have included a fix. Sadly not. Don't know what else to do now. Will try the network I'm with and got the phone from and see what they say. I expect nothing.
