My phone seems to be working fine.
I'm assuming you posted a video. But the video doesn't show up on the Members App for me.
So unable to assess what issue you are experiencing.
Have you checked the shutter timer is turned off?
Have you tried going into camera settings and resetting the camera settings?
You can always provide feedback to Samsung through the Members App help section
