Hello everyone, so two days ago I got my S22 ultra and first thing I noticed after using it for like 1 hour that it restarted. Didn't mind it and kept using it, but later that day it restarted few more times and it made me look for the answers online. Saw that many people has the same problem, but I never found the solution to this problem. It's triggering me and I can't keep using this device like this. I did not transfer any data using SmartSwitch, tried factory resetting, clearing cache, auto restart is off and nothing seems to help. Whenever I'm using any app, after some time weird lines occur and phone restarts. Software is up to date. Please, someone help me:/

I had the same issue as listed above and the i found a really great fix for it that requires only few steps to complete, return the phone so you will get your money back and buy yourself an iphone preferably the 13 pro max, this did actually fix my issue! Hope it helps.

So, after a week of driving around all throught my country, managed to claim status for device as broken. And to be fair, never expected samsung to have customer service as bad as it really is. Basically, they ignore you, replies once a day. It's been a week and few days, still haven't got my money back, but for sure, I'm never buying any samsung products at all.

I have had the same issue. Samsung told me to bring it to my local ubreakifix store (samsung authorized repair shop). I did this, they rebuilt the software on the phone, and the issues persisted. I then had to ship my phone to Samsung. Samsung is now shipping my phone back to me, stating there is nothing wrong with the phone, while not doing any repairs whatsoever. This is such an unbelievably frustrating solution. When asked if I could get a refund or a new phone I was told that the issue would have to be ongoing (on the same phone that has already been looked at twice) and I would have to send it BACK to Samsung for them to look at it again. This is such a cop out, and at this point, I think I am done with Samsung for good. I've used their phones for the last decade, but I can't continue with this kind of customer service. I've also had to go buy a phone to use in the interim, as they wouldn't send me any sort of replacement or loaner while they were "attempting" to fix mine.

I reckon there's a fault on the mother board etc. Something deep and costly that Samsung CBA to resolve so they sweep everyone under the rug and focus all resources on the next big thing.
