New s22 ultra delivered 25th Feb . All set up but experienced an issue with frozen lock screen. Had to hold down to power off but no warning of powering off. Not done it since but slightly worrying.

I can also confirm that the issue still persists after the new update, which is a real shame! Doesnt Samsung know this is an issue? Have they even aknowledged it? I really had my hopes up for the update and was thinking surely they will have this fixed with the first update, but now it's sadness. And such a good phone too, this freezing screen issue is really a big stinking turd in an otherwise flawless experience.
I wonder if factory reset and reinstalling it would help

Getting a lock screen freeze at least 2 times per day now on my S22U Exynos. The fingerprint scanner will partially show and then freezes the whole screen - responds to nothing. Usually after about 30 seconds the screen suddenly goes black and the phone either fixes itself, shows a System UI stopped responding message or just flat-out reboots.
