Is anyone else absolutely disgusted with Samsung failing to ship the pre ordered phone S22 Ultra 1T on the selected date despite paying for a delivery day and time.
They wasted no time taking my money 7wks before the agreed delivery date, but on the agreed day of delivery.... after I queried its whereabouts I received an email talking about a delay of least 2wks.... Disgusting Samsung you should be ashamed of yourself. But why do I think your not ahh you already have my money

It's been terrible. I pre-ordered on 10th Feb, and have had 3 or 4 delays since then. Today was supposed to be delivery day and lo and behold it's been delayed yet again to the 2nd of May. To make matters worse I've now moved house and Samsung won't change delivery address due to "security" despite me offering them proof of my move. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had of buying anything online. No offer of compensation and not even a real apology.

The problem is that with the memory shortage going on, they prefer sell the 128 & 256 model; same hardware but less memory chip needed! And another sale, Kash-ING! I had to wait the for 512 until the 18 March and I was kinda angry about it but reading this ... I'm glad that I purchased a USB C SSD drive of 1 Tb and the 512 version. I suppose all the people her have bought the 1Tb model given the missing SD slot ?
