S22 ultra delay

As many others are, I'm coming here just to vent my frustrations rather than expecting an answer.

S22 Ultra graphite due to be delivered today - ordered a month ago. Never got any tracking details so spent 60 mins on the phone to samsung this morning to be told it would come today but the tracking number was missing from the website - I fell for it!

Another 60 mins on the phone to them just now when I realised I was being a fool to be told they dont know when it will be delivered - literally not idea. At one point he said it was not yet dispatched but would come today - crazy.

Easy to forget that the call centre staff have no additional info (be kind to them)

My concern is I go to the States in 2 weeks, for 4 weeks, and if the phone comes whilst I am there it will either sit in a depot or be returned. Adding to that is that I am trading in my S10 so dont fancy having either the S10 or the S22 blocked just because i wasnt here for delivery.

That's exactly the same situation as me although after looking at a few other posts regarding delivery of online exclusive Ultras and the extremely long waiting times to get through to a Samsung call centre; I've decided just to wait till it arrives.

S22 Ultra Sky Blue arrived today for me by DPD. After shipping to country. Goes to preparing dispatch. Then next day delivery for me. Screenshot_20220311-085310_Chrome.jpg

I envy you.  My pre order is a 1 TB white, expected by tomorrow but now been told by text it will now not arrive until 24th March.  The thing is I rang Samsung the night before receiving the delay text, the person told me it would be on time.  Apparantly she was just getting me off the phone but not to tell me the bad news as she knew I would be giving her a tough time.  What a LIE!

They flatly refused to tell me anything about the delivery
Like you I fell for the you will get an email as its been escalated
Obviously lied to me. I should have realised, but after over an hour on the phone I had enough

Yeah... The same sad story. I ordered my S22 ultra green 512 GB in Samsung Netherlands on the 19th of February. In 2 days I got a messages that it will be delayed by the 4th of March. Nothing happened on the 4th and I contacted Samsung. They told me, that it is ready to be dispatched and will arrive in several days. 10 days passed and nothing happened. I tried to contact Samsung for almost 3 days and only today that said that they literally don't know when my phone will arrive. Niceeeee.... In 3 days it will be a mobth since I ordered.

My white 1TB S22 was meant to be delivered on 12 March, having taken the full payment on pre order on 12th Feb.  It was delayed to 24th March.  Then a further text came with another delay till 31 March.  This is the most ridiculous buying experience I had.  I telephone Samsung 2 says ago and was told my order was ready to be despatched.  I was also told to trust the date I was told I would receive.  Soneone high up in the management chain need to know what's happening.  A company as big as Samsung has such sh***y stock control.  Can't trust what you are told on the phone, neither the delay texts.

I am going away for a long time from the end of April.  I hope the phone gets to me before I go away othereise I need to cancel my order and lose my free gifts (ear bud and disney +).  

It looks like everyone purchasing online with Samsung goes through this agony and pain.  When will Samsung learn to provide a little better customer service?

 

The website has no where to make complaints.  Phoning customee service or webchat is totally useless.  Complaining on facebook they could not find my order.  What else can I do?
