I envy you. My pre order is a 1 TB white, expected by tomorrow but now been told by text it will now not arrive until 24th March. The thing is I rang Samsung the night before receiving the delay text, the person told me it would be on time. Apparantly she was just getting me off the phone but not to tell me the bad news as she knew I would be giving her a tough time. What a LIE!

Yeah... The same sad story. I ordered my S22 ultra green 512 GB in Samsung Netherlands on the 19th of February. In 2 days I got a messages that it will be delayed by the 4th of March. Nothing happened on the 4th and I contacted Samsung. They told me, that it is ready to be dispatched and will arrive in several days. 10 days passed and nothing happened. I tried to contact Samsung for almost 3 days and only today that said that they literally don't know when my phone will arrive. Niceeeee.... In 3 days it will be a mobth since I ordered.

My white 1TB S22 was meant to be delivered on 12 March, having taken the full payment on pre order on 12th Feb. It was delayed to 24th March. Then a further text came with another delay till 31 March. This is the most ridiculous buying experience I had. I telephone Samsung 2 says ago and was told my order was ready to be despatched. I was also told to trust the date I was told I would receive. Soneone high up in the management chain need to know what's happening. A company as big as Samsung has such sh***y stock control. Can't trust what you are told on the phone, neither the delay texts.
I am going away for a long time from the end of April. I hope the phone gets to me before I go away othereise I need to cancel my order and lose my free gifts (ear bud and disney +).
It looks like everyone purchasing online with Samsung goes through this agony and pain. When will Samsung learn to provide a little better customer service?
The website has no where to make complaints. Phoning customee service or webchat is totally useless. Complaining on facebook they could not find my order. What else can I do?
