I've had multiple Samsung Galaxy's is the past, and never had issues a phone restarting.
I have now an S22 Ultra and it keeps restarting up to 3 times a day. Not sure why but I take it out of my pocket or pick it up from the table and its restarted.
Hope it's a firmware issue and will get sorted with an update otherwise its going back.

Me too- similar date!!! Everything updated- diagnostics report send to samsung and still terrible. Only samsung phone I have had that won't stay on. Flagship phone??? Really?????

Yes me. I am patient and send a signal through Members after each restart. 🙂

Ok an update to my post.
Since the last firmware update I did to my phone it seems to have solved the issue.
My phone is now stable since 4days and no longer restarting randomly.

Having the exact same problem. Glad I am not alone, but not liking that it seems to be a common issue and we might have big problems. Also used Smart Switch but I see people who have not used it also having the same problem. Currently on what it says is the latest firmware:

Having it die mostly whilst using it, but sometimes on the lockscreen. It's also reporting 24 apps not updated but then tapping on the Notification, I can't see any in Android.
Really hoping this is fixable in a software update and it happens FAST. Or I will be returning mine also, probably for an iPhone too.

The problems seem unsolvable. Maybe this is my latest Samsung phone. It's as if they're making fun of us. I am also thinking of an initiative for mass complaints and seeking a public response from SAMSUNG. My device restarts more than 10 times a day and I don't receive official information, and it doesn't wake me up in the morning because it turned off. And without Samsung's position on such a global phenomenon, I think they have failed and do not have the courage to admit it. I am considering an option for another brand, a high-end phone. And then I will buy neither a TV nor a vacuum cleaner, or even a device with their parts. When you are from the people and you buy something expensive that does not work, you feel betrayed, deceived, rejected and insignificant. And over the years I have defended the brand in my personal and professional life. However - enough!

Tonight I did a factory reset. Then I uploaded my music again. I reduced it. There are still restarts.

My no. Even before I reset it, while trying the settings options, it restarted once a minute. It was scary. And I reset it. It still restarts. I'm glad you're fine now. 🙂
