The battery is brand new so won't hit optimum output until it's been charged and discharged a few time's @LewisAmg1
Your battery will still be in it's learning phase as it learns your usage patterns.
If you check in Device Care and Battery have a look to see what's using battery and also look at your signal bar because if it's weak then the phone uses more battery to maintain connection.
If your tariff does.not use 5G then go into Settings and connections and choose the option without 5G as this is a known tip to save alot of battery.
Also in connection, more connection settings turn off Nearby device scanning.
