Just bought brand new s22 ultra, Been playing with cameras and found out that camera stabilisation at 10x makes the Lens goes crazy, starts shaking, blurying and drifting to the left. The footage is unusable. If I turn stabilisation off it none of this issue appears. Is this a hardware and my phone is faulty or is it a software issue?

It shouldn't be happening. Assuming you've updated to the latest firmware, contact support via Samsung members app

Even with stabilisation one needs a firm hand when using 10X zoom.

I've done the test using a tripod so the phone was set still. Even handheld the footage was smoother with stabilisation off. With stabilisation on it starts to twitch, which is why I am concerned.

Yes, already tried reseting my camera settings to factory settings and clearing cache but that doesn't helped

Unfortunately my S22 ultra is doing the same thing even with the stabilization off. Did you ever get this issue resolved? If so how?
