Apologies, I thought maybe my comment wasn't published.
I purchased direct from Samsung in the UK and have not made any changes to my handset.
It is official software so I don't u derstand why it is EU version?

I have enrolled to beta but no update is coming down?

What's the difference between BTU and EUX then?

Have a been ripped off by samsung by them sending me a non UK model despite purchasing direct in the UK?

If I'm honest if you haven't already got it you likely won't. You gonna have to wait for general availability of main release. Same thing happened with s21 ones that should have been BTU.

Thank you.
I have no problem with waiting now that I know what the problem is.

However I am a little disappointed that I purchased a UK handset from the UK directly from Samsung themselves but they've invalidated any possibility of taking part in a beta program because my software isn't correct.

UK are still in Europe just not the EU. Therefore they can still issue European CSC phones

Update I just researched online and according to a lot of users comments on various forums, BTU no longer exists?

Multiple comments across many online forums state samsung done away with BTU over a year ago and EUX is now the 'normal' CSC for UK...

Now I understand why Samsung Pay has never worked for me...

Thank you yes I just researched this.

I should really be on BTU and not sure why it isn't. Apparently BTU no longer exists
