I have been having lots of problems with my S22 Ultra .. 

1. The graphics unlock glitch which you did sort out with a fast software update which was great.

2. Laggy keyboard and general system performance.

3. Randomly rebooting (though mine mainly does this at night whilst on charge)

Please Samsung can you at least acknowledge that the system UI needs updating and that you are at least looking in to these problems for all us loyal Samsung users... we have all spent alot of money on this and would appreciate at least some sort of feedback from youselfs in regards these problems we are having.

1, Yeah, that was a quick fix from Samsung...gives a wee bit of reassurance that other bugs will be sorted out.

2, did you do a smart switch back up on your new phone or a fresh install?

There were reports of people experiencing lag etc if transferring all their apps from previous devices by smart switch.

Try a factory reset, fresh install and manually install the apps you want.

3, that's an odd one, but maybe linked to no.2? Could be a buggy app glitching it out... again, I know its a pain but factory reset with a clean install and also worth clearing the cache from the boot menu.

You should have waited for S23. S23 Ultra will be packed with innovation that meet the needs of people who faced daily barriers. Is not too late to get your money back and invest in your savings. Crying out allowed here won't help, therefore I suggest picking up the phone and demanding to speak to someone 🙃 🙂 😅

Yep it was done with smart switch all seemed to transfer fine.. I don't really want to do a fresh install as such a pain to redo everything and I see in the forum's that people have gone through this process and are still getting the same problems, I wil do a cache clearing exercise and see if that helps and go from there.. thanks

Good luck, when I was waiting for my s22u to turn upni had been browsing the forums, reddit etc.. I noticed quite a few posts from people experiencing lag and it turned out to be the smart switch, possibly the apps not being updated appropriately for the s22.

Based on that when I got mine I decided to just bring over my contacts and messages via my Samsung account and start a fresh with my apps.

I think this is worthwhile on a new phone anyway as I noticed I have a lot less apps now and realised I had a load that I very rarely used if at all...

I do agree though it's a pain to reset after you've got it all set up but would certainly be worth it as a last resort (you'd have to factory reset anyway if you were sending it back)

Seriously, what makes you think the s23 will be any different bar a few marginal improvements?

We're at a point now where tech development is at a plateau so we're not going to see any major steps up in performance on a year by year basis.

As for 'crying out allowed on here'

This is what this community is for, sharing experience with like minded owners, good or bad. There are some very knowledgeable people on here plus samsung reps so highlighting any issues helps others and hopefully goes towards samsung providing fixes...

I agree with your sentiment about Samsung & the forum here. How do we go about changing that 🤔 I believe Samsung is listening at this finest hour as we tried to find solution for Jeff_. #Jeff needs help from Samsung. Already tweeted to Samsung ....hope someone will be kind to get back to Jeff!
