let the loop to loop for hours, can take up to 6 hours but it will eventually turn on. There is no fix at the moment, Samsung does not acknowledge anything but we are hundreds of thousands if not a million of people probably with the same issue. When it turns on, send the bug report through the Members App, make it fast because your phone might die soon again or might die after a day but it will start the loop again eventually. Charge your phone, it won't show it's charging but it is charging and don't put your phone in the freezer because it's not a hardware issue, it's just a coincidence from people who is reporting related this issue that it helps, no it doesn't your phone eventually boot up successfully but be patient can be a minute or seconds of looping or 6 hours, it's a driver issue came with the 6.1 firmwire, most probably.
yeah, and ignore the "experts" here because they are mindlessly looping the same recommendations which does absolutely nothing!

Hardware failure that affects some units, unfortunately out of warranty a lot of the them by the sound of it. If it is boot looping no mumbo jumbo helps

I do not know why many people are afraid to put their phones in the freezer. It's minus 25 degrees Celsius outside right now. It turns out that the phones should break if I go outside. There's definitely no need to be afraid of that.

I'm watching how interesting the phone behaves.
It turns out that if it has started and is in standby mode (I did not enter the password and did not start the phone completely), then it can remain locked as long as you like and not freeze or overload.
BUT! as soon as I enter the password and the phone starts up completely, it can turn off and freeze.
The conclusion is that it's probably not about the hardware.

1. I read that many people just forgot about it and let them in overnight
2. if it has nothing to do with the real problem then why put in the freezer anyway, if it comes back without freezer anyway

My phone won't start if I don't do this. Lies. It is overloaded. And sits down. With 100%. I showed this to a colleague at work today. He was surprised to see this.

And even if you forget it for the night. I forgot my phone in the cold in the car at minus 30 degrees. It was just discharged as a result. It has never been spoiled by frost
