S22+ display lines

I have S22+ vertical lines on display  appeared before One UI 6.1 update. After updating it shows those lines. 
Please guide me. 
screen replacement by Samsung was till 30th April.
my device is 1 year 6 months old. 

 

service center refused for free replacement 

this is the customer losing service

Your post seems to imply the vertical lines appear BEFORE you updated to UI 6.1 and still remain after the update. Is that correct? If so, then not caused by update, yes?
Can you say why service centre refused free repair. Out of warranty, damage to phone, or both?

Its out of warranty. 

No physical damage.
but samsung offers the One time free screen replacement right

these lines appeared before the update.  Im 100% sure about it and Not a scratch on device.

What reasons did Samsung give for refusing to repair for free?

If the lines appeared before the update, did you notify Samsung at that time and was the device still under warranty at that time?

One time replacement policy is till april 30th 2024. I face this issue in june. they refused it because of the time line.

Ahhh okay. So you acknowledge you are out of time, yes. Did you ask if they would still honour it as a goodwill gesture as you are quite close to the cut off time?

I pinged Samsung support from whats app . customer support asked me to update the device and then check. 
I think if display shows lines without any physical damage or water damage samsung must replace it. 
and also samsung already know there is issue in there display then why the time limit of 30th April.

You might be able to argue that with them then. If they acknowledge the report whilst the phone was still within the time period, but they insisted you wait (presumably knowing it would take you over the time limit), then they should really help you. Maybe a moderator could step in here?
