I have a pair of JIB wireless heaedphones I use when I walk. I have noticed that they are not pairing with music app. I have unpaired and repaired. I have watched numerous Ytube videos how to do a soft reset which I have done and restared the phone. One thing that I was not able to do, was to clear cashe/data on Bluetooth app, they were greyed out. Wondering if the latest software update may have messed with bluetooth functionality. It was working.
Any suggestions how to fix? And is this something that Samsung is working on?

I have had the same problem with my hearing devices. And yes, they disabled the clear cache. No explanation why. And Samsung customer support wants me to send my phone in for them to check. I am just about getting ready to toss my S22 for an iPhone.
