Received few calls but getting this distorted sound but not when watching videos or playing music.

Update I notice distortion on videos I played them few times and distortion there sometimes.

I have the same issue with my Galaxy s22 Ultra. I've noticed that its only distorted when I have the vibrate function turned on as well. The ringer sounds terrible as if the speaker cone is warped. 

Music & video sound fine.

I called o2 UK in morning and they told me just return the phone instead of waiting for an update. They are delivering a new one tomorrow so atleast I can transfer stuff over before I mail this one back. Was worried I'd have to send this off and wait for a replacement.

Thanks. I purchased mine from Samsung only. I suspect I'd have to return it and be without a phone before they replaced it.

I received my new replacement phone today and no glitchy screen or distorted loudspeaker. Plus this phone has notified me of an update and the original hasn't. Just need to wipe that and send it back. So result for now.

I am facing the same problem, bought my S22 Ultra yesterday. BUT I found it it happens only when my Huawei Watch GT2 is connected. When I turn off bluetooth it does not happen. I am sure this is a software issue, I tried safe mode, repairing thr watches and also uninstalling the Health app. None worked for me. Should I get my phone replaced or wait for an update?

Replace if you can. My replacement doesn't have the 2 issues my original phone had.
