Also a swede! Only one party needs to consent here, meaning - in practice - that I can record any of my own calls between one or more people, (since I am the consenting party), without anyone's consent. Strongly protected in the law here!
It's a shame then that this feature isn't available to me or any of the other 10M people of Sweden alone - probably same/similar laws in Scandinavia and other countries.
Even more shame when there is actually some countries that have this feature available!

This is not the case for personal use in the UK. Samsung are just lazy with not giving the UK this option.
You need only give notice of recording when it will be used as evidence at a later date. It is not required for note taking when on a call

Should have bought a different make then.
It a balance between call recording or MS office. Samsung do not make useful business phones. They make expensive toys for kids

You will need to change the CSC file due to Samsung's arrogant lazy restrictive practices

Change CSC to India or Ukraine.
Other CSC with call recording maybe available. It won't trip Knox either if done correctly.
