Bought my Galaxy S21+ in 2021 upon joining Upgrade Programme. Upgraded this year to Galaxy S22 Ultra which received end Feb but no returns pack which have been trying to obtain since per chat, phone and email. Went around in circles. Upped to UK Presidential Escalation Team. Hope you are well. Thank you for getting in touch, Have a nice day. Understand your frustration. We strive etc etc but more circles. Samsung don't do official complaints. They call it feedback and thank you. They don't seem to have anybody who can pick up the phone internally and sort out what must be one of the simplest situations one can imagine. After three months I felt guilty but I told them I surrendered. I still have a phone to sell. I'll lose financially of course but it's not a disaster. They offered me a discount (not stipulated) on a new purchase. No thanks. Fortunately there are choices
