Bought my Galaxy S21+ in 2021 upon joining Upgrade Programme. Upgraded this year to Galaxy S22 Ultra which received end Feb but no returns pack which have been trying to obtain since per chat, phone and email. Went around in circles. Upped to UK Presidential Escalation Team. Hope you are well. Thank you for getting in touch, Have a nice day. Understand your frustration. We strive etc etc but more circles.  Samsung don't do official complaints. They call it feedback and thank you. They don't seem to have anybody who can pick up the phone internally and sort out what must be one of the simplest situations one can imagine.  After three months I felt guilty but I told them I surrendered. I still have a phone to sell. I'll lose financially of course but it's not a disaster. They offered me a discount (not stipulated) on a new purchase. No thanks. Fortunately there are choices

Exactly the same with the Galaxy Watch 4 and Classic after the colossal flop with appalling battery life and some units burning peoples skin they are scrambling to make the Galaxy Watch 5 to recover profits.

Thank you for taking an interest in my post and for the link. Unfortunately the link refers to trading in. I did not trade in. I upgraded. There are a few posts regarding the difficulties others have had whilst upgrading which are more relevant. Easy to find

Support and repairs are a con you send your device back you give them all details asked but they won't accept photos as proof so they need written proof which without sending the original paperwork it's obviously a photo then they want this that and the other then something else so virtually a month without the device no repair done so we wait for the device to be returned
I would hope no one deals with repair service and doesn't pay for extra cover because it means nothing to these time wasters

I've had my device repaired twice and its still not working ceo email is stupid started a compliant about the issue in May and still not got anywhere with them complete joke the repairs department
