I recently ported from Voxi to 1p mobile and my number is displaying 0000000000 rather then the actual number. Phone services working as expected. Checked with 1p support and they said ita an issue with one ui software and I am an one ui 8 (latest). Is there a fix for this. Thanks

If you've ported your number to a different network then the displayed number is the number on the SIM card not your ported number. It's strange it's all 0 though. As you've said phone services will work as normal as they use the ported number.

Hi @NaveenJanaa  Welcome to the Samsung community :smiling-face:

it is a read error which results after porting  and there is currently no software fix.   However it does not effect functionality and is not really much of an issue.

some have found a way round it by borrowing an iphone  and inserting sim ( not ideal I know :smiling-face:

would need to go to Settings-phone- My Number and edit it to the ported number.

once putting sim back into Samsung phone should display correct number.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Thanks, I have ported couples of times before using the same phone and never had this issue. So it was strange. I was looking for a solution as text registration via app is failing. Normal texts are working and was wondering whether this is the issue.

I might try that as my daughter as an iPhone. 👍
