Phone number verification not going through.

I just got this new phone, and I have been trying to set it up for hours now. I have just not been able to do that. 

I can't set up the phone completely without the two-step verification, so whenever I try to verify with my phone number, it keeps giving me "SERVER ERROR OCCURRED. TRY AGAIN LATER".

I don't even know what to do at this point. I am so fed up. I would really like someone to help me out. I am from Nigeria.

Hi @Kun_mii  There is a process for enabling 2 step verification  which can be set up via the website, information and options from uk site here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/Two Step Verification 

However you may need to contact Support in your own region, they will be best placed to advise on specific issues in your area.  contact details here https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/contact/

server gives error and try again message.Reason could be that my phone number is PAKISTANI(+92) and I am in USA at present.
