My colleague's phone updated to the 6.1 update last night and now can't get to the agreement page due to the phone being stuck in airplane mode and can't connect to the internet, I have tried hard resetting the phone and wiping the cache in recovery mode and it doesn't seem to work, anyone else have/had this issue?

Contact Samsung support and see what suggestions they have. Did you try safe mode?

Tried it in safe mode and it seems to have pushed it through thankfully.
