The Beta programme hasn't commenced yet. When it is approaching live date then it will be advertised within Samsung Members for volunteers to opt in to the programme.
Keep a look out in Members app.

I wish they will release it earlier as I really want to test it. But we have to wait. Still nothing official. 😞
