Hey, so I'm one of the many who's just made the switch to Samsung after being an iphone user for years, and I really like the phone, I love the level of customisation you get and I love the S pen! But I'm having trouble with the notifications and it's really stressing me out and I'm considering getting a refund on this and going back to iphone, which would be a shame. Basically, for facebook & messenger I'm getting mostly no notifications. I have got some for a few Message threads but not all and for the Facebook app I'm not getting any. All notification settings are correct, I've reset the app preferences and reset my phone then set notifications back up, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, still nothing. The Gmail app also wasn't working, the badge notifications are now working again, but I'm getting lock screen notifications even though those are turned off. I've currently still got my iphone running on my WiFi so I can make sure I don't miss any notifications. If anyone has any ideas please help!
