I have a dead last phone, how do restore the notes on it. My new galaxy restored notes from my phone before last but not the latest now dead one

If the phone is truly dead, cannot turn on and cloud backups didn't restore your notes, there's nothing you can do. You can't get data from a phone that doesn't turn on

Thanks, it charges but screen doesn't come on

Would have thought I would have cloud backups. Not sure I am accessing the back up correctly

It should just be open the cloud app on the new phone and make sure all toggles are on. If notes don't appear, it probably wasn't on on the previous phone.

From now I'd kinda recommend doing smart switch backups to your pc every now and again. Samsung lets you backup EVERYTHING to your computer's storage. Very handy
