I will never again get a Samsung device. The customer service is atrocious!
Trying to get the 12 months disney code on the website was pathetic but eventually, after being on the phone many times,I got it about a month later.
Then trying to redeem it was worse. 
I was pushed from pillar to post & got to someone who,I begrudgingly, let access my phone remotely. 
I watched as they blindly went from one place to another. The call signal was bad,she said her Internet connection was slow. Eventually they went onto an area that was very sensitive ( before anyone thinks it,no it wasn't porn) that's when I stopped it. It got to just short of an hour & still it wasn't sorted.
The tv & phone are on a contract or I would send it back as I will not trust Samsung again.
Maybe other people have been lucky & got help. But this is my experience.

It is a shame Samsung run a survey when completing the offer redemption, if its was after results would be dire.

I appreciate your very unimpressed with the promotional item i.e Disney + and the issues redeeming, however please try not to let this detract from what the phone itself provides in the way of features and how it performs @Mollymay 

I've had issues with certain circumstances however the main focal point for me is the actual phone or device and how that performs.

Most networks allow a cooling off period of a few weeks to allow a person to use the phone to see if it's for them.
