My s22+ always shows that my device is up to date. I could not update once after purchase. Manual update cheking always shows my devicec is up to date. the last security patch update is from october 1, 2022. It is an unlocked phone. I have tried several carriers but no changes. Even smart switch does not shows any update. From Bangladesh. Is there any safe way to get the updates? I am still sitting on android 12 one UI 4.1

Are you able to access Samsung Bangladesh branch? This is Europe branch and things may be a bit different here than there.

Was your device purchased in Bangladesh and are you still resident there?

I suspect your device is from a different region and therefore unable to update...

If, for example, you are in the UK and the device from Bangladesh, you could try accessing SmartSwitch through a VPN connected to Bangladesh to see if that works?
