I bought AS 22 ultra off of marketplace and I got home and I was gonna set the phone up when I cut the phone on I want to go set it up it's asking me for the email and stuff that was already set up to this phone which I have no clue what it is because now the person I bought it from has blocked me off a marketplace and everything and I need to know what I can do because I canceled my other phone Company so I could hook my new phone up and now I'm stuck without a phone and I have no idea what to do who to go to and how to get this phone working please help me somebody

Oh @Samanth lynn I feel for you if you've been scammed.
Unfortunately your not alone with being potentially caught up with a person selling a phone and then reporting it as lost or stolen for an insurance claim.
If possible try to contact the seller to see if they'll help especially if this has been an innocent error.
If you paid by card then as suggested see if your card issuer can help.
Sadly this has the potential to be an expensive learning curve too.
