Hi, I need technical assistance!
The swipe passcode is no longer working on my secure folder. I cannot access my work information and am losing money daily.
I have no option to reset the password.
Biometrics are not working for the secure folder. Maybe they're not enabled, but cant enable them without password.
Does anyone know how to reset the password - I cannot lose data in the folder.
I believe there is a fault with a recent update.

The problem with the secure folder is that you can't really do anything about it. The secure folder is designed for you and you only. It's important that if the information is that important, you remember the password. Unless... can you elaborate on what you mean by "not working"? Enter your PIN or pattern incorrectly 14 times (Android 14) or 20 times (Android 13 or earlier)

Hi, It doesnt allow me to enter multiple times, it locks me put for 24 hours each time, no option to reset password either. Could I uninstall updates on samsung account without losing data?

I don't believe this would be an update issue tbh, passwords aren't update dependant and change magically. With secure folders its just important to remeber the password if the data is so valuable. I would suggest contacting samsung directly for support and see if they can help in anyway-
