Lock Screen

• Hi there. Does anyone know how this lock screen keeps appearing when my phone is in my pocket? Keeps messing my music up!

Hi there 👋, have you checked if accidental touch protection is turned on in settings? If no you can do so by going to settings > display> accidental touch protection turn that on and see if that helps, usually it's because of accidental touches in your pocket.

Hi there. Yes, this is already on. Tried to get to this screen whilst phone is out of pocket and I cannot get to it on purpose. 🤷‍♂️

You can get to this screen by pressing on clock while phone is locked, like in the pictures

Ahhhh. Thank you. I may be pressing the power button when I put in my pocket as that is the only way I can get that to happen. Doesn't work on the always on display.

@Mikep69: If you have other means of controlling your media while your phone is in your pocket e.g. via a set of Bluetooth Buds, then you may wish to head to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Widgets > Music, and toggle this option off.
