Samsung support told me to raise this in members. I've just updated my S22 Ultra to One UI 8 and Android 16 and now the icon text on my home screen has gone from white to grey and I can't read some of the text in the dark areas of my wallpaper. If I swipe up to see all my apps, the icon text there is white like it used to be before the update, it seems to only impact the app text on my home screen. I can't find anywhere to change this back to white text, any suggestions?

@Rich05UK & @SarahVanAlvarado I may have found a potential solution for you both! Please refer to my attached screenshot regarding 'Theme Park'. I believe you may be able to change the icon font colours on One UI 8.0 (Home Screen) by using the Theme Park module in Good Lock. Please install 'GOOD LOCK' & 'THEME PARK' from the Galaxy Store; open Theme Park, and look for the 'icon pack or colour palette options' to customise the font colour. Hopefully, this will work and resolve the issue for you both! Fingers crossed! 1762994023404.jpg

Hi, I've tried good lock and also the accessibility settings but neither solution worked. Was there another possible solution to try, if so I can't see it above?

Good Lock with the 'THEME PARK' module, and not Home Up. Screenshot provided, too (for reference).

Thanks raviksuman, I've just downloaded the theme park module, but I still can't see anywhere to change the icon text, do you have any suggestions please?

If you click on +CREATE NEW and then choose 'Current Wallpaper', @Rich05UK it should allow you to change the icon font colour to your desired colour.1763029224273.jpg1763029224289.jpg

Hi raviksuman, I've done that and I'm the next step, no matter what colour I select, it doesn't change the icon text. 1763041074781.jpg

@ReD_DeViLZ_91 Sadly, we were unable to find a viable solution for this problem. I believe @Rich05UK did leave feedback for the developers via the Customer Support section of this app.
