How to separate work and personal apps?

I had work apps under separate tab but now I am unable to create it, can someone advise how to create it?

Do you mean secure folder

Click on the app you want to create the folder for, then click on select until the create or uninstall menu shows click create and name the folder, do the same again and place all the apps in that folder.

I thought you had to have created a work profile via accounts settings in order to have personal and work in the app drawer
