How to move the app screen search box/bar back to the top?

I updated my S22 Ultra to One UI version 7.0
The search bar moved from the top to the bottom.  I HATE this.  I want the search bar back on the top where God, baby Jesus, and our UI forefathers intended it to be.

How do I make this happen?

It would make sense if the apps u wanted to use were also at the bottom of the screen. Now we have to move our finger down to the bottom only to have to select the app at the top of the page. It is the dumbest thing I have EVER experianced,

It being on the bottom I'm opening other apps as the search bar is floating over apps, the ultra is big phone was easier to click on the top and apps not behind it. They should give you the option in setting for top or bottom. Or change it back I'm not using a Google UI it's a Samsung UI. 😒🤬

Using another launcher is not a solution. Samsung need to fix.

I so agree with you, if this weren't so ingrained in our brains to look for the address/search bar at the top of the screen, it wouldn't be so bad, but EVERY search bar has been at the top, until Apple changed theirs in the past year or two (I don't remember exactly) and now Samsung follows in their footsteps, except that Apple allows for it to be moved back to the top if you want to, Samsung not giving the option is maddening.

I am not at all happy with the current update. I have spent all day trying to get my phone back to the way it was. Whoever thought these changes were a good idea needs to be fired! I want the search bar on my apps screen back where it was yesterday! I don't even remember it being on the apps screen at all. Now, it's in the way. I have no need to search for my apps, they are right there where I can see them. In all the years I've used a cellphone, I've never had to search or my apps.  And, just as a side note, I don't use notifications, so have no need of them on my home screen. I turned off all notifications as I install an app. And now I'm getting notifications that I don't want. I have to go back and turn them off again. What a pain. I doubt I will ever buy a Samsung phone in the future. They are making it more and more unusable.
