gsm modem patch

hello, i know, there is a pstch to patch inconsistent gsm midem performance, i know it exists. it is about 20 mb update, however i did not received the update. when and how i can have it?

the update in questin is: 

12.04.2022 - S908BXXU1AVCJ/S908BOXM1AVCJ/S908BXXU1AVD5 (modem)

You need to keep checking the software update in hope it is available for your region/sim provider. Smart switch on PC can also be of help on occasion when checking for updates

Checked my mother's S21 Ultra with Windows Smartswitch, i found and update, i tested my S22 Ultra with Windows Smartswitch no updates. well will see.

I also noted that. My mother's S21 ultra alone did not report any updates but got one with the SmartSwitch fir Windows. Can you tell me more about it?

or maybe it will be a oart of the may parch we are waiting for. Asian Snapdragon phones got the patch already.
