The January Samsung security update was installed on my phone on Thursday morning and I've not been able to sync my Fitbit since Wednesday night.
I've done all the troubleshooting Fitbit recommended (including restarting phone, Bluetooth and Fitbit app) but the Fitbit is no longer detected when I try to pair it.
I think it may be related to the Samsung update. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm going to try connecting the phone to my laptop and clearing the cache. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Yes. I've been through Samsung chat support and at their recommendation have reset WiFi and Bluetooth, reinstalled Fitbit app, and reset all app permissions, amongst other things.

I'm having the same issue. I have go through Fitbit troubleshooting and followed the steps above, but it still won't pair.
