Familiar Voicemail Notification issue

Hi,

I have what is clearly a regular issue with a Voicemail notification that won't go away in my notifications bar. Googled it, tried several suggestions including removing my Call/Voicemail cache and data, but it's still there and extremely annoying. Any ideas anyone?

If you go in to Settings > Apps > Show System Apps then go to Phone Services and clear data and cache it'll go away
