Email Langpack not installing

Hi

After a recent Samsung update my Samsung email does not translate into another language. 

It asks me to download the language again, although previously installed. But then asks me to download the Langpack app, BUT on install it says it is no longer supported on my version. So I cannot install it. Any ideas how to install the Langpack? Cheers

Can you post a screenshot of the error message

wipe phone cache partition after update. What update was it?
