Ear Bud Pro claim for S22 Ultra for Canadians

Having a devil of a time claiming my FREE Ear Bud Pro can anyone help me?

I am Canadian and bought the  S22 Ultra online on March 24, 2022.

They said I can claim the earbuds after receiving the phone today.  Thx
