Samsung offers the feature that allows you to have two whatsapp on the phone.
What they don't allow you to do is shortcut the 2nd WhatsApp. You can't set the 2nd WhatsApp to the side button, tap the back feature or the handles when using one handed operation. 
Does anyone know how to change this besides getting a different laucher. I want to use oneui

Unfortunately if you can't already see this option then it's probably a No via Samsung One Ui @Pharaoh139 

I'm not sure if Nova Prime allows this.

Perhaps send your feedback via your Samsung Members app for Samsung to consider in the future.
