Nothing but problems. Contacted Samsung x4 times in 4 months of owning this phone. Samsung are throttling this phone which the CEO has come out and apologised for. This is not good enough, I have been denied a full refund yet I have been miss sold the phone because of thus. Phone Internet is a LOT SKOWER thank my wife's APPLE IPONE 12. just been on to the phone to Samsung for an hour and no progress made. If you buy this phone you will need to restart this every day twice a day for it to work. Beware UK owners/buyers you are not getting the US snapdragon chipset but the rubbish Samsung in home brand. I have owned 6 samsung phones over the last 10 years. This is my last...SAMSUNG PLEASE REFUND ME AND TAKE THIS PHONE OFF ME.

What have you done to try and rectify the problems you are experiencing?
My S22 Ultra is working brilliantly and you should be experiencing the same.
How come the Exynos chipset is now a problem and not 6 phones ago?
Exynos has been a chipset used outside the USA for as long as I can remember.
Again, I am not experiencing any issues with the Exynos in my phone.
You can of course get a Z Fold 3 or Z Flip 3 if you feel you must have a Snapdragon in your phone.
I'm somewhat confused about why you bought the phone in the first place, you must have known it has the Exynos chipset.
If you bought online, you will have a returns period where you can send it in and get your money back.
If you are outside of this period, then why did you keep it so long.
I'm sure with some specific questions on this community, you maybe able to get resolutions to any issues you are experiencing

I'm in no way diminishing your own user experiences with your Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra @Biaf2007
I appreciate that your having very real issues with your phone.
I've owned and used the phone as my daily driver since the 21st of February and have had no similar issues that your experiencing.
I'm using the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb Exynos SoC purchased directly from Samsung UK.
Does your Internet speeds remain the same everywhere you go ?
Does trying another network sim card in the phone change how it performs i.e it's not the network you've chosen.
Does your sim card work fine in another phone in regards to Internet.
Have you tried using the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App ?
Have you approached a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for assistance.
Samsung UK provide a 21 day cooling off period to be able to send the phone back for a refund or did you buy the phone not directly from Samsung ?
May I ask why you didn't take advantage of this period ?
Unfortunately after the initial 21 days Samsung will only offer warranty support.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @Biaf2007 As @Glenntech said the "throttling" was fixed with a software update and there is now a Game Performance Management Mode . See more information here https://www.sammobile.com/news/galaxy-s22-update-that-removes-performance-limit-in-games-is-here/ Have you tried any of the troubleshooting advice @BandOfBrothers mentions. It is also advisable to clear the cache partition after updates, though you may well have tried this. I am not minimising your problems but some customers are very happy with the S22 Ultra Exynos and at the end of the day you did not choose to take advantage of the returns period.
Members will be happy to help with any specific questions.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
