Hi, for some reason when I'm copying a few things to paste I no longer get option for the clipboard. Is this a fault on Samsungs end? It was happening on my z flip 3 and on s22 ultra.

Really annoying as I used the phone and rely on the clipboard features.

I had the same problem, but was able to figure it out and now it works...

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on Display

3. Turn On Edge Panels

4. Tap on Edge Panels

5. Tap on Panels

6. Swipe Left (this will open up many options)

Until you see Clipboard

7. Turn On

If you don't know the answer, then simply don't post anything. I don't have the Google messaging app. My messaging app is not Google based in any way. It has nothing to do with what messaging app you are using. I've been in touch with Samsung and they are aware of this issue exists and plan to fix it in an upcoming system update. Can you post a link to information saying that this issue is caused by a Google based messaging app? Because the IT techs at Samsung sure don't know that.

After I updated my Samsung galaxy tab 6 a few days ago I found out that the clipboard function was no longer available. I find this rather cumbersome because I just have to keep copying to paste certain notes that I use frequently, prior to this last update I had the clipboard holding most of these notes that I could easily access. I'll appreciate it a great deal when this clipboard function is restored, thank you

See 2nd post (on page 2) for workaround. Clipboard as it used to function is not coming back

This didn't work!  Very frustrating as I've never used Clipboard before on any of my Samsung phones.  Thought maybe the clipboard was full so cleared out a bunch and it still wouldn't copy the text I had just been sent and wanted to send to someone else.  Good grief!  I've just had this phone 2 months!

Assisted by samsung chat support and smart tutor 09 dec 2022.
issue fixed by disable Grammarly keyboard and switch back to samsung keyboard.

[ for note 20 ultra ]
settings - geaneral management - keyboard list and default - default keyboard - select samsung keyboard.

I'm having a similar issue that I can't seem to figure out. I have the clipboard available, but while it used to hold like up to ten things that I previously clipped or copied, it's now only holding one thing. If I copy something else, then the last thing I copied before that disappears. It's no longer saving all the previous clippings. I can't seem to find any settings that control that. Does anyone else have this issue?

Why do you have to act like such an *****?

The person was just trying to help.

And, you should have been able to figure out a work around for yourself as you seem to know so much.

Hmm I can use my clipboard most. Places in my samsung s24 so the clipboard is on, but in certain places, like in Copilot, it's grayed out and I can't access it.

I can use my clipboard most places in my samsung s24 so the clipboard is on, but in certain places, like in Copilot, it's grayed out and I can't access it. Why is this happening? I do not use the grammarly keyboard, just the regular keyboard that came with my samsung galaxy s24. I really need access to my clipboard everywhere!
