So my last 3 phones have been s9, S20 plus, and now the s22 ultra.
All three phones suffer from the same problem.
When I use Google maps for walking directions, over the period of minutes if not less the compass direction drifts off. I can calibrate it by pointing the camera upwards, but no sooner then walking for a minute or two the direction is off and it's once again pointing the wrong way.
I have no cards in my phone case, and my phone is in my hand pointing in the direction I'm walking.
I cannot believe it doesn't seem to be a fix for this on a premium device. The point of the compass is to point in the direction of the phone is pointing, but it just doesn't work. I was really hoping they would have had this fixed by now.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

same problem here It changes the direction with 180 degrees
So south is north and vice versa
