Colour missing from emojis!

Phone started showing some emojis as the attached, missing colour a few days ago. They also appear like this when received in a message. Done a hard reset on phone and still like it. Any ideas?Ive had to turn off dark mode so i can make out which emojis they are, mega annoying!

This may or may not work, but you could try deleting data of Samsung keyboard in Settings > Apps > show system apps > Samsung Keyboard > Storage > clear data. 

Note that this will reset the Samsung keyboard to default settings (including saved data in the clipboard) and you will have to set everything up again.
