Certain apps Passwords not recognised by Samsung Password manager

Certain train apps in the UK are not recognised when I try to save the Passwords. 

Any ideas?

Most likely the app developers have not turned the functionality on.

I've contacted the relevant company. How do I get the app to use Google Password manager?
