Cannot use Samsung Members app

I am in the UK and I have a S22 (bought second hand from a reputable source). It seems it is a US model (SM-901U/DS). I cannot use Samsung Members app - I get a pop-up that days 'Samsung Members isn't supported in this region. (9)'. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Phones are region locked. If outside of the intended region, issues will occur.

Reputable seller or not, they've kinda messed you about selling you a phone outside of the intended region.

You're absolutely right - ran an IMEI check, phone is definitely a US model and linked to Verizon. The CSC is definitely US. As it is, the phone appears to have sh*t the bed completely today - don't know if it's the side button or the display that's the problem, but locked the screen after finishing a phone call and now the display is completely black and I'm not sure if the side button feels like it did. FML...
